If you have consented to receive text messages from Tender Care, you may receive messages related to the following:

examples: Shipment Refill Requests, Insurance Issues or questions, Response to Shipment Requests, Response to General Requests, Answering any Questions that may pertain to your account.

Example: "Can you tell me when my next shipment will arrive?

Response: “Your shipment will arrive on Friday of this week. You can reply STOP to opt out of SMS messaging from Tender Care at any time."

Messaging Frequency

By opting in, you consent to receive messages from us in the course of our services. The frequency of these messages may vary depending on the needs of providing our services. Generally, they are 5 or less, depending on your needs.

Potential Fees

Standard messaging and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. You are responsible for any charges incurred from receiving messages.

 Opt-In Method

To opt-in to our messaging service, you must provide explicit consent by checking the consent box or notifying your account representative.

Customers may opt-in for SMS messaging from Tender Care verbally during a call initiated through our website TCMS.COM. During the call, customers will be asked: "Do you agree to receive texts from Tender Care? Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Text HELP for help, text STOP to opt-out. See our privacy policy at Privacy Policy." This consent agreement will not be shared with third parties and affiliates for marketing purposes. No SMS communication will be initiated without customer consent.

Opt-Out Method

You can opt out of receiving further messages at any time by replying with STOP or notifying your account representative. After opting out, you will no longer receive further messages from Tender Care unless you opt back in.
